Cable Selection System
The Cable Selection System is an Internet accessible order release site available to HWC customers.
It offers the following capabilities:
- Installers self-manage their cable requirements to arrive in a just-in-time manner
- Adds a new dimension of functionality to HWC's Cable Management System
- Customer initiates release via Web site
- Shipment arrives within 24 hours
- Cable cut to exact circuit lengths
- Project inventory status is always available for review
- Allows for changes from engineering or the field installers
Asset Management Program
This HWC program is ideally suited for large, multisite facilities where in-house inventories of wire and cable are improperly managed and under utilized.
HWC will conduct an audit of all wire and cable inventory at various site locations and purchase the items that the customer identifies as desirable. The product is then consolidated at HWC's Distribution Centers for later resell to the customer at discounted prices.
Asset Management programs allow customers the ability to reclaim investments made in dormant wire and cable inventory, and maximize warehouse space and cash flow.
