At Houston Wire & Cable Company (HWCC), our top priority is taking care of our employees and customers. While the
emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an evolving situation with many unknowns, we are sure of one thing: We
will do our part to limit any interruptions on our people and our operations. We are following guidance from federal,
state and local authorities as well as enacting our own C19 preparedness plan.
HWCC is not experiencing any interruptions to our day-to-day business and we remain available to our customers
24/7/365 in all departments and across the nation at each of our locations.
We remain vigilant in monitoring this situation and reacting accordingly with our employees and customers at the
forefront of every decision. Some of the steps we have taken to ensure all of our safety include:
• Sanitizing common areas multiple times a day
• Asking employees to stay home if they or anyone in their household is sick
• Postponing travel for all employees
• Encouraging web meetings, conference calls, and email communication instead of in-person visits
• Practicing Social Distancing throughout
